Pinsa is a Roman style pizza made from all GMO-free soy, rice and wheat flours. All pinsas are named after Roman suburbs. We pay an homage to these lesser known working class and student neighborhoods and their authentic restaurants and trattorie where hungry locals eat, reflecting a view of the real food scene of Rome.
